Stardust Installation
Stardust
Motion tracking installation at the International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) that turns AI Gurus into “Space Comets”.
Stardust is a reminder to the attendees of their roots in the stars. Every particle on this planet was once part of a burning sun; this installation reveals the star dust within us. By using image processing algorithms that track colors and brightness (cellphones), attendees could control the movement and explosion of their inner asteroid.
